Cancellation Policy

Tennis Camp Bookings * All courses/camps are to be paid for upfront at time of booking * All guardians are solely responsible for ensuring their booking is current and financial prior to leaving the child/ren in the care of the camp staff. * Any cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to commencement of the camp. * Refunds or credits are at the directors discretion. * All medical information must be supplied in writing and all medications provided with strict instructions
